Indianmeal Moth

Indianmeal Moth
The adult Indianmeal moth is about 9 mm long, with grey wings at the front and a distinguishable rusty brown or bronze in the back. These moths tend to be found during their larval and pupal stages in the space where the wall and ceiling meet in your home. They can infest a wide variety of dry foods such as pet food, birdseed, cereal, soup mix, bread, pasta, rice, and more. This is the reason the Indianmeal moth is considered one of the most common food pests in homes and grocery stores. To keep them out, give us a call at Cal-Rid Exterminators.
